what does it mean when a baby boy cat tries to suck his little baby sister cats nipples

Hi well it just instinct and memory from suckling from his mother. Try not to let him do it too often as it could cause the female cat some hair loss or soreness in that area.

Your kittens need to get used to drinking from saucers etc, but if they are still very youg then you may have to feed them yourself with bottles etc.
