Help! Cat is not eating

My cat is 1 year old. for the past couple of days he has not eaten and all he does is sleep. He goes through these stages often but he usually at least nibbles on food a little bit. but he is not eating at all this time. What could be wrong? I have tried getting baby food and he won't even look at it. What else can I do?

He sounds ill and it is impossible to tell you what could be wrong as he needs to be examined by a vet. If he still has not eaten then take him to the vets as soon as possible.
