Help my cat is crabby!!

On wednesday i took both of my 6 month old female cats to get fixed, they came home on Thursday and as soon as they got out of the carriers the one cat started hissing and growling at the other. Normally they are best friends. Now it is Friday and she is still angry with my other cat. I do not understand why she is behaving this way.

Hi this is a common problem and is known as truama aggression, it is based in mis placed fear. Basically your cat was fearful of her vet experience and then takes her fear out on the other cat even though they had nothing to do with the actual fear.

The thing to do is to help rebuild their confidence in each other and the way to do this is with the introduction method described here
