HELP MY CAT

My family and i just got home from a 4 day vacation. We left 3 bowls of food and water out and 2 big cat litter boxes out. We have 2 cats, but we only saw 1 when we got home. Rusty is 19 years old and he was trapped in my brother's room for 4 days without food or water. We found him meowing and let him out. He won't eat, but when he drinks he just throws up. He hasn't gone to the bathroom. the room he was trapped in smells horrable! like dead animal! His eyes are foggy and they have goop in them. we tried to give him tuna juice for the protien, and he drank it, but then he just threw it back up. Please help me! What can i do?

I really do think you need to have him checked out by a vet. he may have eaten something in the room while you were away and this has bunged him up inside. It really isn't worth second guessing.
