We have an older cat that we got from the pound about two years ago, and now we just brought home a kitten and she hisses at it and growls at it, an the kitten is trying to get close to her and he is being very submissive but she wont accept him. sooo my question is will the cat ever accept the kitten? or is there a way we could teach the older cat to accept the kitten?

Hi one of the best ways is to take the two cats through a introduction period which does take a little time and effort on your part but does help the cats get to know each other without the fear of attack. the full explanation of the process is on this page https://www.our-happy-cat.com/introducing-cats.html
