My cat is eating a lot more and sleeping a lot too. Shes is also getting bigger. but i cant really tell. Is my cat pregnant?

Well if she is not spayed and has access to the outside then the symptoms you describe could well mean that she is pregnant.

often it is difficult to say for sure until the final weeks of pregnancy as this is when they show more and also when their behavior changes.
