Is My Old Cat Ill?

I have a 15 year old cat, up untill 3 months ago she has been fine. im now finding she sleeps all day then is awake all night, she has also started urinating on clothes and shoes, she also shakes quite alot in her sleep, sometimes while this happens her eyes open and i see them rolling around her head at a rapid rate. Is this something to be concerned about, and what could it be?

well it could simply be age related symptoms. Cats do sleep more as they get older and night time is the normal time for them to be awake so it could be that her sleeping patterns have changed as she gets older.

the shaking in her sleep just sounds like dreaming twitches.

At her age I think it might be advisable to take her to the vets for a general check up. especially as she is now urinating everywhere which could be a sign of distress. this could be down to age related problems such as failing eye sight or deafness.
