Kitten drooling

my 4 month old kitten was fine yesterday and today he is drooling and one of his eyes is runny he drinks but drools we think maybe when we were cleaning yesterday he might of got into some mean green cleaner what should we do please tell me

Hi if i were you and i suspected that he may have come into contact with some cleaning chemicals etc then i would take them to the vets to have this checked out as a precaution.

Perhaps telephone your vets for some advice first, they may just suggest that you try and keep the area clean but if their is a chance that he may have ingested some chemicals then your vet will want to see the kitten.

The other possibility is that your kitten may have caught a cold (or cat flu in the worst case scenario https://www.our-happy-cat.com/cat-flu.html ) So having the vet take look anyway is probably your best option
