Kitten dry heaving

my cat is 6 months old and she started dry heaving last night she stopped eating i think she's drinking and she is cold to the touch also when she dry heaves what comes up is the colour of blood however not the consistency of blood

However I don't like the sound of the brown liquid and her being cold. Due to her age If I were you I would want to take her to see a vet as soon as possible. She may have eaten something bad or perhaps something has cut her throat a little inside. Either way a trip to the vets to be on the safe side would be my first option.
