kittens ear bleeds?

i just got a new kitten. he is about 2 and half months old and he seems to be bleeding from his ears. its mostly dried blood, but he is keep itching at it. but aside from that everything is fine. he eats good and goes to the bathroom regularly. what does this mean?

well it sounds to me like he has ear mites. Please read my page here for more information about these here

These ear mites need to be treated as soon as you can before they cause infection.
