Little Tiny White very slow to see moving

I have been seeing a very small hardly moving white worm every now and then by my cats butt. What kind of worm is it? Do I need to get a vet medication or can I but a over the counter medication to get rid of them.

well it sounds to me like it could be tapeworm to me and for this you need to get medication from the vets.
