Male Cat Clear Liquid Coming Out of Behind

My male cat is having some sort of clear liquid coming out of his behind, I thought maybe he had peed but it was clear and too thick to be water. He had just been sitting there when I picked him up and noticed it. It had no strong odor like urine, and it's the first time something like this has ever happened. If anyone knows anything please answer back.

hi often when liquid comes from this area it is a sign of an infection or problem with the anal glands.
The only thing you can do is to take your cat to the vets for a check up. If there is an infection etc then it will only get worse if not treated.
