I have never come across this before myself but i have heard of others experiencing a similar problem. It is either a hormone imbalance on your hunping males side or your other male cat is giving off female type scents. The best thing would be to ask your vet if they have seen this before as they will probably know what could be causing it.
Don't dispair, there is always a reason for these things and usually they can be sorted out. Best wishes

I have 7 cats...six are from two different litters from Mother Kia. All are fixed except Trumpy (make orange tabby), Charlotte (female calico), and Oscar (male black tabby). Until Oliver (male brown tabby) was fixed he used to molest Oscar. Now Trumpy is doing the same thing to Oscar. What is going on with Oscar. Charlotte won’t let them near her but Oscar seems fine with it. Oscar is almost 2 lbs bigger than his brothers and sisters, yet he seems easily dominated. They are all getting fixed soon; will this stop the odd behavior?

I have exactly the same problem.OK I need help. I have three cats. I have an old neutered male cat. He must have populated the entire neighborhood before I trapped him. He is a tough cat. He will attack dogs and smack anyone who contradicts him. (funny he's orange) Then a few years ago I was given a tailless male kitten (Enders). Pinkie protected that kitten and just loved it. Last year I got a little female kitten out of the pound. She is very loving and sweet, but wont take any guff from the Big male (Pinkie) She swats him away from food and throws him off the bed when she wants his spot. He is totally owned. But, but Pinkie tries to mate with our little tailless male cat. What the hell. I have to throw Pinkie out all the time so the other male cat can remain unmolested. Should I buy Pinkie a dog collar, and assume he has been masquerading as a renegade social advocate?
Was Pinkie grooming Enders all the time when he was a baby? Should I get Pinkie a blowup cat toy? Ideas?

I had a male cat that did that with my male & female cats 1 right after another. I felt so bad for them & nothing would stop him. I finally got rid of him for the sake of the other cats. They were so relieved after he was gone but I still miss him. He was a beautiful cat. Had 2 be a dominance thing cuz I had 7 altogether. Poor things couldn't eat for him.

I am having the exact same problem and that's how I ended up here. I have 1 female & 2 male cats all fixed. The larger male cat is always molesting the younger male cat. The younger cat gets very upset. It has been happening even more lately. I'm confused as to why especially since before this started they were great cuddle buddies. Now the younger cat stays away from the older cat. Why isn't he bothering the female cat?
