MY CAT JUST HAD KITTENS, THEY WERE 6 WEEKS OLD AND I NOTICED THAT SHE WASN'T FEEDING THEM MUCH ANYMORE, THEY WERE DRINKING AND EATING WHAT SHE ATE/DRANK. SO I GAVE THEM TO GOOD HOMES. WELL, I NOTICED TODAY THAT SHE HAS SO MUCH MILK THAT HER UNDERSIDE IS HARD. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO HELP MY CAT?

hi
well at 6 weeks they were a little young to be parted from their mother and it sounds like they weren't fully weaned yet which is why she still has lots of milk.

i'm afraid there is nothing you can do for her, she needs to see a vet who can help to dry up her milk and also to check that the hardness is not caused by an infection like mastitus.

Hope she is better soon

best wishes Kate
