My cat is 12 years old and is a house cat she recently had to have teeth out as they were causing her problems with her bowels she is a very nervouse cat and usually likes to spend time in the bedroom with us however recently she is staying downstairs on the setee i think she may have a flea problem so i have ordered frontline but i am still concerned.

hi Fleas can make a cat feel ill, they can cause anemia and they also carry the larvae of worms too. So it may be an idea to worm your cat too as well as treating her for fleas.

I think that all you can do at this stage is to treat her from the fleas and see how she is in a week or so. if her behavior remains unusually then i'm afraid another trip to the vets may be in order.

hope she is back to her old self soon
