my cat has been whining

I'm not sure if she is sick because she doesn't look like she is

shes been walking slow and some times she lowers her body like she being sneaky but whining while she doing it
Shes not hungry because there's food always down there for her
and shes been eating
I don't know whats going on because this is something new, she started acting
like this after she ran out the house she was gone for two days, she even been making noises like she a dog, So I don't understand its just plan weird because it wasn't her 1st time getting outside

Is she spayed? If not then she may be in heat

If she is spayed then she may be in some discomfort and this would be impossible to say what is causing this without an examination. If this is the case then a trip to the vets would be called for.

Sorry i could not be more specific as whining could be an indication of all sort of things from being in heat, to hairballs or some other illness.

Hope she is ok again soon
