My cat is acting strange

My cat will be 3 on october 22nd and she is declawed and she is neutered. The problem I am having is that she is licking her butt more and trying to go to the bathroom in other places instead of her litter box. Is this a sign of something that i need to watch out for?

Is she regularly wormed? If not it could be that she has worms as licking this area can be a sign of this. Please see my page about cat worms for more information here

Also check for fleas as they also gather in this area.

The trouble is if she continues to lick this area she could cause sores to develop, so if the behavior continues have her looked at by a vet in case there are other issues also.
