My cat is going bald.

Hi, my names maria and i have a 9 year old tabby cat. Shes very happy, alwayds friendly with everyone and is in very good shape. Recently, i have been noticing that on her lower back near her tail, and a small bit of her tail has been going bald. It is not completely bald, but you can tell my just looking at her that there is not a lot of fur there. She leaves HUGE clumps of hair on our carpet everyday. We havent changed her food, and we havent really changed anything weve done with her. Shes not sick, because shes still very active and still very happy, but this balding is sarting to worry me. If you have have any kind of suggestions that would be awesome! thank you!

Hi well this could be caused by several different things,

parasites
allergy
anxiety

My best advice would be to ask you to take a look at a couple of pages on my site which should be able to give you further advice about these possibilities and there solutions.

here are the pages
