my cat perfer water than eating her cat food and she is losing weight rapidly

our cat is 14 years old, has now stopped eating, will only drink water out of the facuet alot. And she has started deficating is random locations. What should we do.

My advice is that you have to take her to a vets as soon as possible.

i say this as her symptoms could be a sign of a condition to do with the the thyroid , or a heart condition or even diabetes. It needs to be diagnosed properly by a vet.

The longer yui leave it the more weight she will loose and this will weaken her further.
