My cat seems to be itchy

I've noticed that since I bot my kitty a coller and put it on she been itchy,has the coller cossed a rash or somthing if it has should i take it off and put it on later? And is it a bad thing to leave it on all day?

Hi some cats are allergic to collars, my old cat was and so we never put one on her, she was microchipped in case she got os and we treated her for fleas with the monthly spot on treatment.

This sounds like what could be happening here with your kitten, unless of course she also does have some fleas which could also be causing the itching. Take a look at her skin around her neck can you see any signs of fleas or flea dirts. If not then i is more likely an allergic reaction to the collar n which case she will never be able to ware one.
