My cat spangle is a tortoiseshell tabby cat and we got her from the R.S.P.C.A on the Isle Of Wight she was brought to the RSPCA with a litter of other cats under a shed that's why we got the prized cat.

We have been on the island for 5 years (i think) and 3 years ago we was looking for a cat and we came across a cat called Spangle.

She was very playful and so we adopted her and now she is a 4yr and 11 month cat. Loved by her family. I forgot Spangle was thought to be born in march but i worked out that she was born in February and i said let's put it on the 14th on valentine's day so we are really lucky because our cat was born on Valentine's day.

Smiling Sparkles
by: Christine

Sparkles is certainly a sweet looking girl. Every time I look at her face she seems to be smiling! I love cats soo much I wish my husband would agree to adopting a few more. We currently have 3 special babies at our house that fill my life with joy!

Wow you can see the character in this cats face. e looks so happy and contented. Great picture, I don't know how you managed to get such a great shot.

He reminds me of my first cat Ginny, she had a smiley face too. Perhaps ginger cats are all happy cats?

A valentines day kitty, perhaps she should have been called something like Romeo or cupid. But I like spangle too, it certainly suits him and his sparkling personality.

Good luck with the competition.
