My cat was hit by someone and is now making weird noise and is very jumpy and hisses after everyone what is wrong with her?

firstly are you sure that she has no injuries? if she was hit very hard, she may have bruising or even internal injuries. This would make her aggressive etc. if you think she is in pain, have her checked by a vet asap.

being hit will have frightened her and she will now feel afraid of people. You will have to regain her confidence by bonding with her again. However this has to be done on your cats terms and not yours. So follow the techniques described on my page here
