My Kitten has stomach problems

My cat, he is 4 months old, after he has eaten his whole body jerks and it looks like he needs to vomit but he never has. he eats at a normal pace too.

What is wrong with him?

Answer from KAte
It may simply be a little wind which builds up while he is eating and then when he stands up properly it is released as it were inside.

My cats often sort of hiccup after eating.

As long as your cat is eating good quality kitten food, not too much at a time and is chewing properly he should be fine.

Perhaps mention it at your next regular vet visit but unless other symptoms appear i wouldn't worry too much.

best wishes Kate
