My cat has been kinda lazy and whines when I pick him up.... He has also been kinda shaky and breathing a bit heavy..

Hi it is impossible to say for sure what is wrong with your cat but it may be a case of cat flu. This can be rather nasty and very uncomfortable for the cat. Please see my web page for more about this here

However I would always recommend taking your cat to a see a vet to be on the safe side as he may have something else wrong instead.
