My poor little kitty guy

So my cat is very used to going outside. I just moved into my own apartment where he cannot go outside due to a busy road. He cries all day and all night very very loud. Even when we lived at our old place where he went outside he would cry very loud anyway. He is very talkative. But he started throwing up here and there every other week. Could there be something wrong with him other then being a little prince?

It can be very distressing for a cat who is used to having the freedom of being able to go outside suddenly not being able to. So his throwing up may be due to anxiety.

It is very difficult to say what the cause of a cat vomiting is as there are so many possible causes. See this page for some of them

You will also have to try and make him indoor life as stimulating as possible to prevent boredom and distress. i have a web page with some suggestions for this here

Be assured though cats never do anything because of spite or being spoilt etc. It is all about reacting to situations and learned behavior. There is always a reason for anything a cat does.

I hope he is OK soon

best wishes Kate
