Hello
This is outside my expertise i am afraid as i have not come across this before. It may simply be that the kittens suckling may have caused the fur to thin and her nipples to scar up a little.

However i have not seen a cat eat her own feces before so all i can say is that this may be a deficiency issue caused by all the effort to feed her kittens etc. It can take it out of a cat and if they are not getting all the nutrients they need may cause strange eating patterns. Your best option is to have her looked at by a vet to see if he feels that she may need some extra nutrients etc to help her while she is nursing her kittens.
