hi there ive come home to find my 1year old male drooling and acting strangly ive a 3 month old thats just had a bad cold hes just geting over it the 1year old is still eating and drinking ok hes also crying sometimes hes also got runny eyes could he have started with the cold to

yes it is possible that he getting a cold too. Hopefully it is not cat flu which can be quite nasty

Keep an eye on him and make sure that he gets plenty of fresh water to drink. If his symptoms get any worse or if the drooling increases then if it were me i would take him to a vet in case he has a problem in his mouth which may need treatment.
