Possible Pregnant cat

We have a cat that we rescused that we do not know the exact age,but a week ago she started going into heat and this morning we left and didn't realize that she had got out of the house. When I got home she wasn't humping as much, but still she was, it looked like she had intercourse because it was red and there was discharge. She is now leaking more discharge than she did before, what is the likely hood of her being pregnant? We have a lot of stray cats around the neighborhood and she is normally a indoor cat and we were going to get her spay this weekend. Please give me some advise!!! Thanks

hi well it is impossible to say. If she got out and was mated then yes of course there is a possibility that she is pregnant. unfortunately you won't really be able to tell until near the end of her pregnancy as this is only when it becomes apparent..
