Scabs on My Cat

I have a 14 y/o indoor cat, Ashly, who is covered in scabs. We DO get fleas and treat her with Frontline. I feel so bad for her always scratching and it looks as though she is losing weight. She does eat, however, but I am concerned. Is there a treatment for these scabs??

well cats can suffer from allergies too and she may react badly to a flea bite. We had a cat like this, even though she was flea free it only took one to jump on her outside and bite her and it would set off a reaction.
