Sick Cat is having trouble walking

Our cat is 8 years old and the last few days it is having trouble walking, urinating outside of the litter box, drinking and sleeping a lot. Just looks very lethargic. It also makes some weird moaning sounds

With these symptoims i would recommned that you take him to the vets as soon as possible. Not being able to walk properly could indicate some spinal damage, the urination may also be a symptoms of this. your cats really needs to be exmined by a vet as soon as possible.
