skinny cat

My three year old female indoor/outdoor cat is very active and eats really well but she is so skinny. She has had advantage almost every other month so I don't think it could be worms. I'm concerned of her weight, because she is so skinny. Am I worrying for no reason?

Whenever i am in the slightest worried about the health of my cat i always get her checked by the vet just so that i don't have to worry.

the vet can weigh her and tell you if she is in her normal range and if not he can do some tests to find out why she is thin. A thyroid issue may be present which could be causing the problem.

Any way as I say a trip to the vet will at least put your mind at rest.

best wishes Kate
