Smelly Cat

by Jamie
(Normal, IL)

I have a 4 year old spayed female cat...she has had this white/clear very smelly liquid sqirting out of her female parts for almost a year now..Im not sure if this is normal, or I should take her to the vet? Its getting so bad I cant let her near me. What should I do?

Hi
this sounds like an infection to me. any white liquid coming from this area is not a good sign and need to be treated by a vet as soon as possible.

infections can get worse and worse if not treated and must be very distressing for your cat (even if they don't show it).

best wishes kate
