Spayed Cat

I got my cat spayed a couple weeks ago, everything went fine. But I noticed that her nipples are enlarged like she is getting milk, but she couldn't because she was spayed and has never been outside or around a male. Could this be a serious problem?

I am not a vet and so would not like to try and guess if this is a problem or not. Your best bet would be to telephone your vets surgery and ask for their advice over the phone. They may be able to tell you that this is nothing to worry about, or they may feel that this is something that needs to be looked at.
