stray kitty problems

we found a stray kitten three days ago. it appears to eat and drink normally but it can't pee and it's stomach is bloated and hard. what is wrong with him and what can I do to help?

well there is really only one thing you should do for this poor little guy and that is to get him some proper medical care by taking him to the vet. there is no way of knowing what the poor little guy may have picked up on his travels. he may even have something genetically wrong with him inside which could account for the stomach hardness and possibly why he was rejected.

Don't delay this poor little guy may need urgent attention and lots of TLC.
