Toxoplasmosis

I read that toxoplasma gondiis is a type of parasite that cats carry, and can be transmitted to humans when handling cat litter. Do you know if all cats carry this parasite? I normally wouldn't be too concerned about it, but after discovering that my kitten tracks feces around the house accidentally, I have to wonder. I clean, of course, but I'm sure there's small, unseen amounts on my carpet and elsewhere. How likely would I be to contract it, (if he had it) and if I were to come in contact with the small amount of cat poop that he drags around? Thank you!

Hi
Please see my page here for more information about this issue.

I know it can seem a little worrying at first but like most things in life is not something to spend time worrying about.

best wishes Kate
