Uncomfortable Kitten Butt, and acting strange

Hi, My 4 month old kitten who has feline lukemia, is acting funny. Making strange consistent meowing sounds and sticking her butt in the air. It looks like something about her butt is really uncomfortable. A clearish liquid dropped out at one point too. Any ideas?

well she is either ill with an infection in her rear end or if not spayed she may even be experiencing her first period of being in heat.

The only way to know for sure is to take her to the vets for a thorough checkup.
