Watering eye

by Laura Fontes

I recently took my cat in for teeth cleaning. A couple of days after he started to sneezing and his right eye started watering. I took him back to the vet and he had a temp and the doctor gave him a antibiotic shot adn sent me home with eye drops. After a week of eye drops his eye is still watering. Could there be something else going on with him?

Quite possibly. Either he has caught an infection during surgery and it is taking its time to clear up. or the procedure triggered something else.

Your best bet is to take him back to the vets as soon as possible in case he needs some more tests or medication.

Lets hope that it is just a stubborn infection that needs some more antibiotics to knock it on its head.

best wishes Kate
