Whats wrong with my cat?

He's starting to breathe hard and fast....also has cold ears and paws..Whats wrong with him?

It is impossible to say what the exact problem could be there are many possible causes such as a chest infection or have something wrong with his heart. He may even be having a allergic reaction to something. in any case you need to get your cat to see a vet as soon as you can.
