what's wrong with my kitten

Hi, I have two 6 month old kittens and they have been acting strange. First one slept a whole day without eating, drinking, or going potty. Day 2 they slept the whole day again. Both were limping on one of the front paws. One has a really bad stench near its mouth area and it looks as if a little sore is on his bottom lip. His fur started separating a bunch so I had to force him to drink water with an eye dropper and eat canned food with a plastic spoon. He's beginning to eat on his own after four days little by little but still doesn't look so well. The other cat seems much better, eats and drinks normal just looks like she sprained her paw so i wrapped it with a bandage. I'm not sure if I should go to the vet for my boy kitten, what should I do? :/

the answer is yes you should take them to the vet to have them checked over.

But it is always worth checking with a vet in case there is something else wrong. In any case cat flu in itself can be rather nasty too.
