Why does my cat cry all the time

I have a stray male cat I took in a few months ago, he is treated like royalty, but every waking moment, all he does is cry. I refuse to let him out (coyotees in the neighborhood) etc. Help

My first question is have you had him neutered? If not then I would recommend that you do this will help him to calm down and be more contented.

other than that it will be difficult for him as he has known a life outside and now he is inside all the time. It is important to do everything you can to make him inside world as entertaining and as stimulating as possible for him. i have a web page with some more information about this here
