why does my kitten have some weird noise in i's tummy...

In night time my kitten comes to me and rubs it's head onto me and he also has that weird noise...
But I usually take him to the garden, feed him and leave him there to do his toilet.
please give me an answer.

Hi any tummy noise after eating is just the tummy digesting the food. If the food is too rich for the kittens digestive system they may have trouble digesting it and it could cause a tummy upset.

Keep an eye on him and make sure he does not eat anything else in the garden. If he does get a tummy upset then you will need to change the food to something a little blander.
