Why is my Cat wanting to lick people between their legs?

I have a 5wk old stray kitten that I adopted. She is doing well and has all her shots for now, however, she has began to want to lick at people in their private areas. This has become a bad concern for me and my bf as well as our family because she is trying to do it constantly. Why?!?!

i don't think there is a definite answer to this but she is very young and perhaps she is mimicking the behavior of kneading at her mothers tummy area (which is quite low in the abdomen
area). Licking would also stimulate her mothers milk.

I wouldn't worry too much, just gently pick her up when she starts to do it and put her on the floor. At 5 weeks they would be feeding quite often so it may be that she is hungry when she
does it.
